My fitness journey started in 2008 when I knew I was going to be a father! I made changes to my lifestyle which included regular exercise. Now a father of two girls and in my 50s, I feel stronger than in my 30s. My focus is on flexibility, endurance, mobility, and strength, and I believe the path to a healthy lifestyle revolves around this acronym, “MEDS”:
M: meditation — whatever that looks like for you
E: exercise — move your body frequently and consistently
D: diet — “eat like an adult”
S: sleep — you can never catch up; you just gotta get after it!
